We spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the festive atmosphere. The decorations were lovely and the staff was friendly, making us feel welcome. The room was clean and spacious with a great view of the surroundings. the hotel had a good selection of activities for guests to enjoy.
The breakfast buffet lacked variety and the quality was mediocre. The location of the hotel was also a bit far from the city center and required a lengthy walk or expensive transportation.

We were impressed by the friendly staff who were always ready to help. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a stunning sea view and close to the beach. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of fresh fruits and tasty dishes. We also enjoyed the nearby fish market, where we bought fresh seafood and tried it at one of the restaurants next door.
For us, it was ideal and we did not encounter any negative experiences.

This hotel is perfectly located near the beach, offering a stunning view. the staff is friendly and always willing to help. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with spacious bathrooms. the breakfast is tasty and diverse, consisting of multiple options for everyone to enjoy. the gym is well-equipped and the swimming pool is a plus.
The Wi-Fi connection is unreliable in some areas of the hotel.

The food at the restaurant was satisfying and the view was breath-taking. The location was also great, close to the beach and with easy access to public transportation. We also appreciated the friendly staff who tried hard to communicate with us despite the language barrier.
Our room was disappointing. The facilities were outdated, the shower was low quality, the TV had issues and the internet was problematic. We also didn't like the fact that the hotel was quite far from the city center and the beach staff sometimes acted unprofessionally. we wouldn't recommend staying here.

When we stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel, we were impressed by the excellent staff who were very helpful and always happy to assist us. The location of this place is truly awesome, right by the sea, providing a tranquil and serene environment for those looking to relax on their lazy days. The view of the skyline of Batumi directly from our room was breathtaking, and being on the shore of the Black Sea added an extra touch of beauty to our stay.
